Some not localized stuff #279

Hello, thanks for Tampermonkey update but here's some stuff that i've noticed might need to be added to translation file in next updates;
by on Script editing page.
# on Scripts list page filtering.
Language names in list or Browser Default on extension settings.
Default system tag names for extensions.
Default template for new scripts, userscript name, description, author, and code comment.
Keyboard key names for Windows shortcuts.
If someone add those thanks in advance!
