[FEATURE] switch fan control profiles based on power-profiles-daemon profile

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice if we could have say lazy profile when on balanced performance mode, but automatically switch to say agile, or our own performance profile when on performance power mode.

but that is based on battery state, right? not on power-manager-state? I often turn on performance profile when i'm developing/compiling, the battery state doesn't change.but especially in performance, temperatures can get rather hot, and then you get into thermal throttling. i'd like a more aggressive fan profile when i'm in performance mode, but not when i'm in balanced or power saver.
