useSortBy: manualSortBy and orderByFn props

Hi,

I'd like to understand better how the manualSortBy should be used, and to point out that it looks like the orderByFn prop is actually never being used (the default one is enforced) as you can see here:

And as such, it probably shouldn't be documented as well, here: https://github.com/tannerlinsley/react-table/blob/master/docs/api/useSortBy.md

As for the manualSortBy, how can I detect the sortBy was fired outside of react-table?
I need to detect when that happens so I can fetch new data - ie query database for sorted data - and set it again. I sort of attempted to use orderByFn for that purpose but as I explained, it doesn't work.

My second plan would be to handle click events on table column headers thus overriding the ones set by react-table and thus the manualSortBy option as well.

Any thoughts on this?

Found out I can access the sortBy state this way:

  } = useTable(...);
