Render cell based on value in different cell

I'm trying to render a cell based on the value of a different cell, but can't figure it out.

I can do it based on the value of the cell itself, but not on the basis of the value of a different column's cell, in the same row. e.g. if status = ready, action = go; if status = not ready, action = stop.

Code below as it stands to make with work with value, but any help much appreciated.

I thought about trying to add in an id to the data e.g.

  {
     id: 'Yellow', 
     description: "Colour",
     amount: 'Granted',
   },

and then the code might work like this below, but it doesn't work!
