Although the edit-a command do not allow us to have two applicant to have the same name, but allowed us to have the same email address, phone number and living address.

Team's Response

The duplication of the same email address and phone number has been clearly described in the planned enhancement in the developer guide (Screenshot attached for easy reference). On the issue of duplicate home address, it is valid as multiple applicant can live under the same registered address.

Since the bug report matches the item listed in the planned enhancement, the team will reject the bug report.
