Help in KG reconstruction

Hello everybody,

I would like to run some experiments using these 2 datasets based on KGs for my thesis. What I would like to have is user-item file, that I can see is already available, and the KGs (without any completion task). Which files can I use to reconstruct the initial KGs, for example in neo4j?
