Allow Setting Cluster for Resource

I have found organizing resources in a cluster to be a good approach for my apps, and would love to be able to put the Authentication log resource in a cluster. 

I can assist in implementing this feature, and setting the default value to null so that the package continues working as normal if there's no cluster.
