Autonomous Selection and Shuffleboard Organization

• Create an autonomous selector for Shuffleboard.
• Standardize the usage of either SmartDashboard or Shuffleboard inside the codebase. Since shuffleboard provides more methods for layout, create our own wrapper class that creates entries in a similar way to SmartDashboard without extra dependencies in each subsystem to log.
