Modern Industrialization: Heat Exchanger Recipe not working. #546
Description
Recipe for heavy pressure water with 2000mb of heavy pressure steam and 1000mb of water does not do anything in the heat exchanger. Have only checked a few other recipes and this seems to be the only one not doing anything.
