Is there a possibility to save a section of a video of I was intending to make an animated .GIF film it. At times I would like to just save a section of a video. Is this feature already available with a [sectionLoopMedia] type function?

Additional information

I know coding Syntax all the way down to Electron Stacking (USER.GUI.RELAY.SYNTAX.ENGINE.OS.DRIVER.HWsyntax.HWphysics.eSTACK.fieldMathematics), and the other layers, so if you wanted any ideas,I can throw some out.
