[PeerTube] Stream progress resets when switching to background player ignoring timestamp

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Tab NewPipe's burger menu button
2. In the platform drop select Peertube, any instance
3. Play any video
4. Seek on the progress bar advance the video at the middle of it
5. Tap the "🎧 Background" button

Expected behavior

Background (sound only) playback starts, continuing at the current timecode of the video.

Actual behavior

Background (sound only) playback starts, starting back at the timestamp of the video before we seeked the progress bar to advance.

AudricV, problem seems in properly fetching/identifying audio stream, also background player doesn't show exact duration of the audio stream in Play queue. Maybe an extractor issue?

Hello,
I noticed this problem occurs also when switching from NewPipe to another app on Android. I don't know if it's annother issue but it seems pretty the same...

Steps to reproduce:

• Run a video on a PeerTube instance
• Let it run a few seconds or change the timestamp manually by moving the cursor
• Tap on your device bar to switch application.
  --> It will mute a few seconds before restarting the whole video sound.

I'm not sure if I should create a separate issue for that.

Yep, It is the same issue when we switch away from NewPipe it automatically switches to background player and starts playing audio so it is the same bug.

I have updated the title to reflect the issue better.
