Steps to reproduce the bug

1.Use the app for some time
2.Then inside the comment reply section,
-> multiple buttons of "share" and in more options items such as "settings" and "open in browser" appeares repeatedly

Expected behavior

Expected the interface will be normal,no repeating elements.

Oh,I just realised now,there should not be any button or options in the comment replies UI,so instead of repeated icons,It should be apperance of icons and options when there should be none.

Resharing my steps to replicate this from a duplicate report of mine per ShareASmile's request:

1. Search for any channel that has at least one playlist (search e.g. "music")
2. Visit a channel to see if it has any playlists. If it doesn't, repeat this step with another one, otherwise proceed to step 3.
3. Visit a playlist from the channel.
4. Tap the three-dot-button at the right of the action bar at the top.
5. Notice the duplicate "Settings" option.

Note that this issue can occur on "Channel" views as well, and that other options like "Share" and "Open in browser" can get duplicated given that the two views have options in common.

Here is a simpler way to reproduce:

1. Play any video.
2. Tap on the channel name to open a channel tab.
3. In channel view, tap the player below to maximize it.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more tabs and thus more duplicate menu options (haven't test the limit yet :) ).

I'm not a dev but the main issue seems to be that:

Each time a new tab is launched, menu options of that tab along with the previous ones are all loaded in the current tab's options menu.
