Can you move the Upload Date to a different part of the UI?

There is a large chunk of the UI that is blank, with no text:

That would be an excellent place to have the upload date. I thought it just wasn't included for a while til I cycled through the tabs at the bottom and saw it listed above the description. But putting the upload date in this blank space would ensure it's always visible and not lost when switching between tabs.
