[feature/bug]stop asking whether to unsubscribe deleted channels! i just wanna keep them! #12938

Steps to reproduce the bug
- have some deleted channels
2a. go to 'all channels" videos' page
3a. refresh video list
or
2b. go to options
3b. find option that ask to autounsub deleted channels or not
Expected behavior
a. after finish loading, popup warning that some channels disappear and ask whether to autounsub appear with option to choose 'yes, autounsub'/'no, keep them'
b. have option that ask 'autounsub deleted channels? y/n'
Actual behavior
a. popup without checkbox appear, have to click somewhere else to remove it, keep appearing everytime i refresh
b. no such option
