I'd like to rename PeerTube instances
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe it
PeerTube instance name is fetched from the instance. The problem is I have two instances named PeerTube and I can't differentiate them.

How will you/everyone benefit from this feature?
Anyone having several peertube instances installed with a duplicate name would be able to differentiate them. Also, people can have fun and rename it to whatever they want.
