Feature description

I suggest adding an option to show or hide all the downloaded list.

Why do you want this feature?

When I delete a video from the download folder, Newpipe deletes this video from the download list, so I can't remember if I have previously downloaded or not. I need to have a full list of all my downloads.

I believe this will also resolve accidentally downloading the same video as the user will be greeted with some sort of download already exists message. Which in turn prevention wastage of internet data

#5687 asks to seperate Downloaded and Deleted videos. Do we still need an All section? Wdyt?

@SameenAhnaf, I think that #5687 resolves the problem but It's a complicated solution(to have a recycle bin) ,here we just need a data log of all downloads and a function to verify if the video was deleted from device or not.

One possible alternative would be to grey out the specific download that cannot be found in the original location by the app when the Downloads page is opened. Note that this would mean even moving the file to another folder will be considered a 'deletion/removal'.

The user can then manually delete the entry from the list whenever they want.
