Chart visualizer that takes a sm file and lets the user selects which measure to preview.

3 buttons will be sent with the message

Note: "Switch Measure" will be a disabled button.

Nice to have: Option select will be available to select 25 options that are around the current index.

Half the work has been done with measure command, one is able to pass a measure data and view chart, now is time to put the smreader to test.
