JEED Poison Recipe Broken

• In the latest version, the jeed poison recipe is broken since the Adherent Spawn Egg no longer exists (broken recipe found via KubeJS error)

• Either the recipe needs to be modified to remove the Adherent Spawn Egg or the missing Adherent Spawn Egg needs to be added back

This is JEED's problem. They added that recipe, it's on them to remove it now that it no longer works. Report it there if you haven't already.

It's not JEED's recipe. You can clearly see that it's part of the source code for Twilight Forest which is where the code I linked comes from (and the code snippet wouldn't show if it came JEED since that's how GitHub works).
