[Bug] Spectrometer = death freeze #79

Refraction / 1.9.11 (but this bug was also noticed on earlier versions of mod above 1.9.0.)
Description:
When I try to place spectrometer (without crossing the laser) into the world, the game freeze for 1-1.5 seconds. If I try to put the spectrometer in the way of a laser, or try to point the laser at an existing spectrometer, the game freeze absolutely. No errors, no logs, nothing but a game that can only be disabled through the task manager.
