Storage Disks Cannot Be Split Back Into Storage Part/Housing [1.18.2-4.0.12]

Unsure if bug or feature (assuming bug looking back through some older issues) but when holding a RebornStorage Storage Disk in your hand and shift-right-clicking, the Disk does not split into the Storage Part and a Storage Housing like the vanilla Refined Storage Disks do.

Not super important, but this has cropped back up in the 1.20.1 branch.
