Adding an upgrade that can keep a configurable amount of filtered item in attached inventory.

Hi!
I was hoping you could add such upgrade to the mod.
It would help with managing stuff like energizing uraninite in "POWAH" mod and such.

Also, if it would be possible to backport that feature to 1.19.2, I'd appreciate it :)
