Improvement, Sort IP Addresses as if they are padded with zero

Can I request that the zone file sort of IP addresses be done as if they had leading "0"

ie;
10.10.1.9
10.10.1.11
10.10.1.39
10.10.1.203

instead of; (not sure if this is a suitable example, but hit the sort on the ip column in a zone)
10.10.1.11
10.10.1.203
10.10.1.39
10.10.1.9

Thanks for the post. Which specific view are you looking at here?

Note that the GUI table sort method does not understand the data in the tables and thus this depends entirely on the view in question. If the data is complex then writing parsers for it in GUI is not something that is feasible.

I noticed this on the DHCP leases page.

When the page is first loaded (or if the Leases button is clicked to refresh the view), it's sorted well:

If the column header is clicked, it becomes sorted in a useless order instead of reversing the sort as expected:

If the column is again clicked, it gives the reverse order of the incorrect sort:

Thanks for the details. The data that comes from the backend is sorted by IP address. The GUI table sort method does string comparison and thus the order it lists. If you click on the tab again, the sorted data from server will again populate.

The DHCP view is also planned to be updated with filtering options. Will try to get this updated during that task.
