Automatically track Agahnim 1 defeat

A bunch of the logic checks treat Agahnim 1 as an item. It'd be nice if we could automatically track whether Agahnim 1 has already been defeated. Where is this stored in WRAM?

We're already tracking this as the Aga dungeon. For now, we can update the logic rules to look there until we can figure out where this is tracked in WRAM.
