Issues with Spell Levels acquired at level "100" #15
Description
Reraise IV wasn't showing up on my bar, saw that it was set to be obtained by WHM at level 100 in the spells file. Once i changed it to 99 the spell would show on my bar. I couldn't find anywhere that could explain what the lvl 100 obtained meant.
