Feature: Enhanced allowlist system for deposit access control
Implemented a robust owner-managed allowlist system that allows granular control over which addresses can deposit into the Callora Vault. The implementation includes three new public functions (add_address, clear_all, get_allowlist) with comprehensive access control, duplicate prevention, and event emission.
