Automatically publish to Azure #6
Description
After #2 I haven't had time to test run PostComment using Azure Functions (only locally).
It would be good to enable automatic publishing to Azure.
This article (github.blog) could be a helpful resource. One might want to find a fresh guide if something has changed drastically, because that one is from 2015 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
