Allow hiding the Telegram service notifications chat

Description

The Telegram service notifications chat is missing an option to Archive the chat.
Delete the chat removes the chat along with all the information, but if you want to keep the chat contents and just hide the chat which is practically never used the app has no option to do that.

Expected Behavior

The app should allow to archive or hide the chat. If the app allows the chat to be deleted, it should allow to archive or hide it (to keep the contents).

Actual Behavior

You either keep the chat in the All chats list or delete it. There is no in between (no way to archive or hide it)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Long press the chat to bring the contextual menu options
2. Archive is missing (and Delete Chat is available)
