Support Quotes by adding the quote in front of the message

First of all I dont know how a cm can use markup in a message.
But I thought i would be possible to do something like this:

quoted message
bla bla
anser

Currently the quote is just skipped which is irritating especially if in a grp chat.

Also a notify cation why a the user is mentioned would be nice at least ktp can send a notifcation for that
so when @user is used an telegram says hey someone mentions you fire a notification.
