python3-config not found, here is a solution

I use the project with uv and python3-config is not found in the virtualenv

so the line bash compile_mesh_painter.sh fails.

Some solutions recommends to install sudo apt install python3-dev but I do not recommend that as the python3-config newly installed will not have the same version as your python virtualenv.

I recommend to replace in the sh file
python3-config --extension-suffix by python -c "import sysconfig; print(sysconfig.get_config_var('EXT_SUFFIX'))"

Same results without needing an external tool
