1. client 的构建输出合并一个 comment ci: 优化预览 client 评论的生成逻辑 #1583
   • 看起来还需要优化只输出保留必要安装软件的评论，并且附带直接下载的链接评论
2. 在 cherry-markdown/ 改变的时候 client、vscodePlugin 都应该构建一个预览版
3. cherry-markdown 预览版的文件更改检测，应该避免 !client、 !vscodePlugin
