I've tried it now so many times, wasted hours with gemini / chatgpt / claude to get this running but its an infinite loop of different errors.
Grounded-Sam is missing.
Then some naming in "grounding-dino" were wrong.
Files and Folder were missing or didn't matched up.
There is code about a folder called "third_party" and in there should be the GroundingSAM2 Folder?

I only come to 10% at the first preprocessing in blender and could find a colored depth map that it created.

I success to run this repo. You should make third_party directory first and clone Grounded-SAM-2 directory inside it. Then download Grounded-SAM-2 checkpoints using "checkpoints/download_ckpts.sh", "gdino_checkpoints/download_ckpts.sh". I think they missed where to put Grounded-SAM-2.
