Install tendrl dependencies

Currently the vagrant file will install a custom GlusterD2 cluster (using a custom build of GD2 until we get nightly builds)

The Tendrl server depends on Prometheus and Etcd, these deps need to be installed/configured and started as services on a separate VM along with the glusterd2 cluster via vagrant

@Daniel-Pivonka could also proceed with getting the etcd installed and configured on the tendrl server

Also, we need to have the prometheus node_exporter installed and configured on the storage nodes (gluster nodes)
