Build mobile pH reader with display 

# Design

We can use stuff that's lying around:

- ESP8266 microcontroller
- LCD
- A button for power on / off
- pH meter
- 5k mAh battery

Someone has already volunteered to make an enclosure

# Functionality

- Display current pH reading on the LCD.
- Send readings to a local MQTT?/HTTP? endpoint using Wi-Fi
