Add selection handles and context menu on mobile

Problem

On mobile, when the user selects text via long press or double tap, there are no selection handles or context menu. The selection itself works (highlighting is shown), but there's no way to adjust it with handles or copy the selected text without a hardware keyboard shortcut.

Every other text-displaying widget on Android/iOS shows native selection handles (teardrop draggables) and a floating context menu (Copy / Paste / Select All). TerminalView should too.
