We should make menus with ALL the TFG settings for every dimensions, making it easy for players and dev to tweak the shader

I also want to combine all the settings in one place: for example, the atmosphere settings from complementary, euphoria, and tfg in one section so that players dont get confused and dont spend 10 minutes searching for the right setting
