Default ladder

Every time you do a digestion of Plamids by starting a new opencloning session the user will see the standard ladder from the software. I find it nice if I can move my Marker on to first position, so that this one will get the default.

Probably a good candidate for grabbing the last used value as a default from localstorage ?
