If an error occurs when removing a saved filter the error appears outside the modal.

The popup modal that shows the remove filter for removing saved filters doesn't display any error messages.

Instead, error messages end up on the main page.
This is not always visible on the screen.

The error message probably should be displayed on the modal itself.

Put the alert inside the modal with the alert directive.

Simplest way I can think of is change the controller endpoint to return an ApiReponse ERROR.
