AM26x: MCU+ SDK 11.0 & 11.1 does not build with v2025.00.00

The release notes claim that OpenPRU v2025.00.00 is compatible with AM26x MCU+ SDK 10.2 onwards, but OpenPRU failed to built with AM263x MCU+ SDK 11.0 & 11.1.

ACTIONS NEEDED

1. Verify AM261x, AM263Px MCU+ SDK 11.0 & 11.1 also fail to build @nilabhanand-ti
2. Update v2025.00.00 release notes (AM26x: OpenPRU v2025.00.00 only uses SDK 10.2 #109)
3. Create a pull request updating the R5F projects so that they build for AM26x MCU+ SDKs 11.0 & 11.1, similar to AM243x & AM64x: Add support for MCU+ SDK 11.1&11.2 #110
4. Tag a new version of v2026.xx.xx after the AM26x pull request is merged

NOTE, AM243x & AM64x have a different makefile structure in MCU+ SDK 11.1 & 11.2 than AM26x MCU+ SDK 11.0 & 11.1, so the same R5F infrastructure file changes cannot be copy/pasted. AM26x projects will need to be modified separately.
