Issue: Problems handling click.version_option decorator

When compiling an app in exe form, then running the tui, and having it run the current exec + --version, it throws a file not found error.
While manually doing the same thing in the terminal, causes no problems.
Current terminal working directory seems unrelated

additionally it cascades version down to every command, which could be intentional, or just a result of how the decorator was created, but seems wrong from an end user perspective to have --version in every command
