Yes, using CSS, the incoming block reference counter has the name ** snw-header-count-wrapper**.
It can be modified with a custom CSS snippet in Obsidian. Here is an example moving the counter down to 50px from top of pane.
.snw-header-count-wrapper { top: 100px; }The top parameter can be tweaked for your needs.
