Repository Structure

  • cpp/: C++ CLI and modules (GDCM, DCMTK, ITK, VTK). Build: cpp/build/DicomTools.
  • rust/: Rust CLI/web (dicom-tools). Build: rust/target/release/dicom-tools.
  • python/: Python toolkit (DICOM_reencoder), CLI python -m DICOM_reencoder.cli.
