V0.0.38 - Bug Fixes

This release mainly fixes bugs in 0.0.37:
-Fixes handling of expressIDs when writing new IFC files
-Fixes some unicode handling
-Most critically fixes a NPM packaging error that prevent integration into web-ifc-three

V0.0.37 - New Solids System
