Split AllyCat into a separate chatbot app and data scraping app?

Some users have noticed that AllyCat's data scraping feature and it's Chatbot feature could be separate applications:

• Data scraping app: If used on its own, it could scrape data and push to any on-prem or cloud vector database, even if used by a different chatbot.
• Chatbot app: By simplifying AllyCat's chatbot feature, it could be designed to deploy eazily to any cloud solution such as: AWS EC2, Amazon Elastic Container Service, Google Compute Engine, Google Cloud Run, Azure VMs, Azure Container Apps, Digital Ocean App Platform, Red Hat Openshift Container Platform, or on your laptop with Docker, Podman, VMware Fusion, Oracle's VirtualBox.
