The Grand Demo

@jolson-ibm following on w/what we were just takling about.

The Grand Demo:
I make some goofball tool- save it in huggingface via smolagents, then
I load it from huggingface into smolagents and export it to LangChain. then
Do a simple local demo w/langchain (against Claude ideally), then
.export_to_bedrock() build an agent there, run it again and (hopefully) get the same answer.
