Bug: Equipment Page is sometimes unable to be interacted with.

When switching to the Equipment Tab (seemingly most often when from another tab, and not from the vanilla inventory), sometimes no items and slots can be interacted with, and trying to do so just yields a one-line index-related warning in the log. Leaving the guidebook and reopening it usually fixes this. This issue seems inconsistent; no consistent reproduction method has been found.
