CLI for build App in continuous deployment

Hey,
I was looking for a cli for continuous deployment and found docs from the original noodl project.
https://docs.noodl.net/2.9/cli/commands/build/

I tried to look into the library code I found but there is nowhere an implementation of the build command.

Am I just blind or is this feature missing in the open sourced code?
