Unnecessary margin in left side of Courses page

Description

There is an unnecessary margin on the left side of the course page and the navbar items are not properly visible on hover. I want to work on this issue.

There is unecessary margin on top of courses section also, if any one not working on this issue than @The-Shivam-garg can u assign this to me.
