Home Page [Why Education section] UI Enhancements

Hello, after checking the Home Page I found some UI Issues in "Why education" section.

Desktop:

1. when hovering on the card, the card image has some space from the right and top, this should be removed.
2. Learn More button has a big space under it I think we can decrease this space to 30px on the desktop and that will not affect the design or make it ugly.

Responsive

1. Cards have spaces from the right and left which makes cards seem to be compressed, cards should take the full width of the screens' container.
2. card image and button have the same issue mentioned in the desktop except.

Can I work on it ?
Absolutely, assign me the issue and add hacktoberfest label I'll start working on it!
