Cutting recipe quirks

A few things I noticed with cutting recipes

1. Small recipes (2x1, 1x2) are sensitive about where they can be executed from on 3x3 grid when they shouldn't be. We should either allow recipe to function anywhere in the grid, or require saw to always be in center slot.

2. Face to pillar micro block recipe has saw on left instead of right. Its more intuitive if its the other way around due to the icon. Redpower had the saw on the left but the icon showed the blade pointing right instead of our left
