Version range is incorrect for forge

I tried to load this with codechicken lib (same issue with that too) and the version range is set to 47.1.65. This version does not exist for non neo forge so it will not load if you do not edit the mods.toml file despite being tagged as both forge and neoforge on curseforge and modrinth. It runs completely fine for me with the version range changed to 47.1.3 so it should be an easy fix.
